Q2 2026 · CD Africa Transition · JV Partner Change
Capital Delivery Africa is operationalising as the continental platform entity and will assume the upstream JV partner role in CDA4N, replacing Capital Delivery & Frameworks. This transition is underway. All existing operational relationships, licensing, and counterparty arrangements continue without interruption. CDA4N's operational identity, licenses, and on-ground presence are unchanged by this transition.

The DRC–Tanzania corridor is multi-directional and multi-modal. Material, capital, compliance, and operational activity flow in every direction the platform requires. This is now the canonical description of the corridor architecture across all CDA4N communications and documentation. The corridor is not a pipeline. It is a dynamic network.
Critical Minerals Platform · Expansion
Capital Delivery is extending operations to the Critical Minerals Platform — cobalt, coltan, lithium, and manganese — through the existing corridor infrastructure. The same compliance framework and settlement architecture that governs the Precious Metals Platform applies to all Critical Minerals Platform operations. CDA4N's role in the Critical Minerals Platform mirrors its role in the Precious Metals Platform. Targeted Q4 2026.
Phase 2 Expansion · CDA4N as Reference Model
Capital Delivery Africa is executing Phase 2 of the continental expansion — Zambia, Uganda, Burundi, and DRC JV — using CDA4N as the reference design. The cornerstone model proven in Tanzania is the architecture being replicated. CDA4N's operational team and institutional relationships are being consulted directly in the design of each new cornerstone.
