Capital Delivery Africa is operationalising as the continental platform entity and will assume the JV partner role in CDA4N, replacing Capital Delivery as the upstream partner. This transition is underway and will be formally communicated to all institutional clients and counterparties in advance of completion. Current transactional operations continue without interruption through this transition.

Capital Delivery is extending the platform to include critical minerals — cobalt, coltan, lithium, and manganese — through the existing DRC corridor infrastructure. The same gate system, compliance framework, and settlement architecture that governs the gold layer applies to all critical minerals layers. Partners with supply-side relationships in these materials are invited to contact CDA4N directly through this portal.
